BRISTOL, Conn. -- Virginia Tech will host West Virginia on Tuesday, Nov. 12 in the ESPN Tip-Off Marathon, an event that begins the 2013-14 season with more than 24 consecutive hours of college basketball.
The Hokies and Mountaineers will play in Cassell Coliseum at 1 p.m., in a game to be televised live on ESPN. Tech will look to avenge last year’s 68-67 loss in Morgantown.
ESPN is announcing the full schedule of games on Monday, Aug. 12 in the time slots in which the games will be played during the marathon. Virginia Tech will announce its full 2013-14 schedule at a later date when the Atlantic Coast Conference releases all 15 men’s basketball schedules.
