SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- The Virginia Tech Hokies conclude their non-conference schedule in Salt Lake City, as they play BYU in Energy Solutions Arena, home of the NBA's Utah Jazz.

The Hokies are 9-3 on the season after losing to Colorado State, 88-52, Sunday in the finals of the Continental Tire Las Vegas Classic.
BYU is 9-4 on the season after an 84-54 win over Northern Arizona on Thursday night.
BYU leads the all-time series, 2-0.

Erick Green scored 26 points and Jarell Eddie scored 10 points for the Hokies.

Wood Out
Virginia Tech freshman forward Marshall Wood is out indefinitely after fracturing the third metatarsal in his left foot in the loss to Georgia Southern.
Green Leads the Way
Erick Green leads the ACC and the nation in scoring. He scored 57 points in the two games in Las Vegas, upping his average to 25.4 points per game.

The Hokies are 32nd nationally in scoring offense and tied for 35th nationally in free throw percentage.
This is the Hokies’ second trip west of the Mississippi River in as many weeks.
Player Notes
Erick Green has scored at least 20 points in all 12 games this season, tying the school record for most consecutitive 20-plus points games in a season.
Erick Green leads the ACC in scoring and Jarell Eddie is ninth in the league in scoring.
Will Johnston has made 11 career field goals. All 11 are three-pointers. He hit three of them in the win over VMI, setting a new career-high nine points and matched that number in the win at UNC Greensboro.
Erick Green was named to the all-tournament team of the Continental Tire Las Vegas Classic last weekend.
