Erick Green scored 24 points to lead the Hokies to a 95-79 win over Iowa on Tuesday in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge..
Robert Brown added 18 points and Jarell Eddie and C.J. Barksdale each scored 11 points in the win. Joey van Zegeren scored a career-high 10 points for Tech.

This season marks the head coaching debut of James Johnson.
Johnson earned his first head coaching victory with an 80-62 win over ETSU.
Green is Honored
Erick Green has been named the ACC Co-Player of the Week for the week ending Nov. 25. He recorded back-to-back career-highs in scoring during that span.
