The Virginia Tech Athletics Department announced today student and general public ticket information for the men's basketball game versus Boston College tonight at 9:00pm in Cassell Coliseum. A limited number of student tickets are still available and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis the day of the game. Virginia Tech students can pick-up their ticket by showing their Hokie Passport at the student ticket window in Cassell Coliseum. Limit one ticket per student.
In addition, a limited number of general public tickets remain and can be purchased online at www.hokietickets.com, or by calling the Athletics Ticket Office at 540-231-6731 or toll-free at 1-800-VA TECH 4. Tickets will also be available at the Cassell Coliseum Ticket Office on game day beginning at 7:30 pm.
In the event all remaining student tickets are distributed, a stand-by line will be formed on the East side of Cassell Coliseum closest to the Basketball Practice Facility. Students in the standby line will be admitted into the game closer to tip-off by showing their Hokie Passport to fill any unoccupied seats in the student section.
We will honor Tech seniors Malcolm Delaney, Jeff Allen, Terrell Bell, Prince Parker and Andrew Griffin prior to the game 12 minutes prior to tipoff. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive VT Drawstring bags.
