BLACKSBURG, Va. – The Virginia Tech lacrosse team and head coach Megan Burker released the fall schedule on Thursday morning. A home game in early October and a pair of play days highlight the offseason slate.

The Hokies will begin their fall play on Friday Sept. 27, traveling to nearby Lynchburg to take on Liberty at 7 p.m. Tech will return home two weeks later to host Winthrop on Friday Oct. 11 at 7 p.m.

The following weekend will be a busy one for the Hokies as they will spend Saturday, Oct. 19 in Annapolis, Md., for a play day where they will face Navy and Johns Hopkins. Remaining in Maryland, Tech will make the short trip to Towson on Sunday to take on the Tigers and Florida.

The Hokies will wrap up the fall season with a trip to Charlottesville to take on in-state rival Virginia. The game will be played Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m.
