Last Time Out
The Hokies returned to conference play last weekend, but fell to No. 20 Boston College 15-7. Despite being down 10-1 at the half, the Hokies cleaned things up in the second half, committing just one turnover and putting points on the board. Seniors Libby Rosebro and Brooke Martin lead the team with three points each as Rosebro put away two goals and assisted another, and Martin assisted a pair of scores and buried one of her own.
Tech went on a three-goal run midway through the half, which included both of Rosebro’s scores, and tacked two more on in the closing minutes, but the difference was too much to overcome.
