High school: Competed in track and field and cross country all four years of high school and qualified for the state meet on seven occasions … A six-time letterwinner … In cross country, has a personal-best time of 17:23 in cross country (5K) … Came in second at the PIAA District 12 Championships with a time of 17:50.5 during his senior year … Had three other top-20 finishes as a senior … Was third at the PIAA District 12 Championships as a junior … In track and field, earned all-state honors in the 800 … Also earned all-city, all-county and all-league honors in the 800 during his high school career … Was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that came in third at the Penn Relays … Qualified for the New Balance National meet … Has a personal-best time of 1:53.34 in the 800 … Finished second in the 800 at the PIAA District 12 AAA Championships his senior year with a time of 1:58.79 … Had two top-10 finishes in the 1,600 as a senior … Was 10th in the 800 at the PTFCA Indoor State Championships as a senior … Ran a time of 1:57.03 in that race.
