2017: Came in 12th at the Hokie Invite (4K) with a time of 15:08.6.

2016: Ran unattached at the Hokie Invite and came in 20th overall with a time of 15:13.70.

High school: Won 11 letters spanning cross country, indoor and outdoor track at James Madison under Coach Craig Chase … Second-team all-state in the 500 … Holds a school record in four different events, including the 4x400 … Earned first-team all-conference, first-team all-region and first-team all-state recognition four years in a row … Placed fourth at the state meet in the 400-meter dash and was a part of their all-state 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams.
