Tabbed All-ACC after finishing in eighth place at the ACC Championships with a time of 20:18.70... Competed at the NCAA Championships.

2014 Outdoor: Ran season bests of 4:33.74 in the 1500 at the Hokie Twilight meet and 17:14.11 in the 5000 at the Roanoke/Virginia Tech qualifier.

2014 Indoor: Redshirted.

2013 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Hokies... Placed fourth at the VT Alumni Invite... Earned a 12th place finish at the Mountaineer Open... Posted a season best time of 21:58.10 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.

2013 Outdoor: Posted a season best 1,500-meter time at the ACC Championships, finishing at 4:28.76 ... Clocked a time of 4:29.74 at the Oxy Invite ... Finished 17th in the 5,000 meters at the ACC Championship with a time of 16:37.24 ... Recorded a season best in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays (16:37.24) ... 2013 Indoor: Recorded a season best mile time of 4:53.68 at the ACC Championship ... Competed unattached in mile at the VT Elite Meet (5:00.83) and in the 1,000 meters at the VT Invitational (2:59.75).

2012 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 1500 meters at the ACC Championship (4:33.05), after running a personal best 4:30.47 in the prelims … Anchored the school record setting 4x800 meter relay at the Colonial Relays (8:47.76) … Clocked a season best 2:13.54 in the 800 meters at the Cal Brutus Hamilton Invitational … Also competed in the 5000 meters at the Raleigh Relays (17:12.38).

2012 Indoor: Placed 12th in the 3000 meters at the ACC Championship with a personal best 9:50.63, while also running the 1200 meter leg on the fourth place distance medley relay team (11:29.10) … Clocked a personal best and team-leading mile of 4:50.42 at the SPIRE Division I Invitational … Runner-up in the 1000 meters at the VT Challenge in a season best 2:50.52 … Took second in the mile at the VT Elite Meet (4:51.22) … Clocked a season best 600 meter time of 1:35.14 at the SPIRE Division I Invitational ...
