Qualified for the NCAA Championship in the steeplechase at the NCAA East Prelims in a Tech record 10:03.37, after finishing second in her heat and fifth overall ... 2011 Indoor: Led the team in the 800 (2:11.52) and 3,000 meters (9:45.89) … Second on the team in the mile run, setting a season-best at the Virginia Tech Challenge (4:53.03) … Anchored the third-place distance medley relay squad at the ACC Championships (11:17.72) … Won the 800 meters at the VT Final Qualifier (2:12.10).

2010 Cross Country: Tech’s top finisher in two races over the season, including the ACC Championships (32nd, 21:23.8) ... Finished fifth at the Charlotte Invite with a career and team-best 17:23.4 in the 5k…Helped the Hokies to a fifth place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional by placing 50th (21:38.5)…Named to the ACC All-Academic Team and team MVP.

2010 Outdoor: Set a then school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing fourth at the ACC Championships (10:35.01) … Set a season best in the 1,500-meters (4:32.41) at the Colonial Relays, while finishing first (4:58.40) and second (4:34.87) at the Jessie Owens Classic and the Vertklasse Meet, respectively.

2010 Indoor: Earned a win in the mile run at the VT Final Qualifier for a season-best (4:53.59) … Finished third in the 3,000 meters at the VT Challenge, also a season-best (9:47.21).

2009 Cross Country: Won the Hokie Open with a 4k time of 14:24.3, garnering her ACC Performer of the Week honors … Competed in the NCAA Southeast Regional and ACC Championships on the year … Finished 66th out of 237 athletes at the regional meet … Was the first Hokie finisher at the VT Alumni Invite, placing 15th … The second Hokie across the line at the Blue Ridge Open, taking 18th overall out of 133 runners.
