ASSISTANT COACH
- Served as assistant coach at JMU for the past six seasons
- Helped coach the Dukes to four NCAA appearances during her time
- Former player for Coach Kenny Brooks at JMU, earning two trips to the postseason including one NCAA, and one NIT appearance
BRITNEY ANDERSON
ASSISTANT COACH
- Second season at Virginia Tech after spending three seasons at Radford as an assistant coach
- Focused on wing player development and recruiting and scouting
- A former player for the Hokies, she helped the team earn three NCAA appearances from 2003-2007
SHAWN POPPIE
ASSISTANT COACH
- Comes to the Hokies after three seasons at Furman as the associate head coach
- Helped the Paladins to two postseason appearances
- Spent two years at USC Upstate as an assistant coach
- Was a two-time Carolinas-Virginia Athletic All-Conference player at Limestone College
